Flip Skateboards, one of the worlds biggest and most recognized skateboard brands, is a US based company that has its roots in the UK. Flip Skateboards was originally started in the UK in the 1980's and was called "Deathbox", but moved to California in 1994 and changed the name to Flip. The company is owned by Jeremy Fox, Ian Deacon and Geoff Rowley. Flip makes not only great skateboards but many other accessories.
